It provides an opportunity for men to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and build a supportive network. Whether dealing with life transitions, work pressures, or mental health challenges, participants can feel heard, understood, and empowered. The group is open to all men seeking connection and growth in a non-judgmental environment.

Body Mind Soul Workshop
This 8-week course is lead by Shannon B'Shara who is a licensed mental health counselor & holistic therapist with a passion for helping people feel more connected to themselves and to their world. It was through 15 years of experience as a mental health clinician, years of her own ongoing physical health issues, and with a profound spiritual awakening she began to recognize the importance of caring for the mind, body and soul as "One" entity. Our bodies and minds are constantly being bombarded with toxins, pathogens, and stress that cause illness; distancing us from our true selves and clouding our connection to our soul. Shannon’s mission is to provide a platform in which we can support and guide each other to help unlock our minds to our own limitless potential.

The counselor offers professional insights, emotional support, and practical strategies to help individuals strengthen their recovery process.
